  • what time is check in and check out?

    Check in is at 15:00. check out is at 11:00

  • Can we send our belongings to the villa beforehand?

    We are sorry, but we cannot receive people’s belongings at the premises

  • Can we send out belongings after check out

    We are sorry, but we cannot send people’s belongings after check out

  • Can we leave our belongings temporarily after check out?

    We are sorry, but we cannot hold people’s belongings at the premises after check out

  • Can we check in early or check out late?

    Early check in or late check out is available at an extra cost and as long as it doesn’t interfere with other reservations. Please inquire when making the reservation.

  • How far ahead can we make a reservation?

    Reservations can be made 3 months ahead.

  • Can reservations be canceled due to bad weather?

    Reservations can only be canceled if the mode of transportation into Okinawa or into the island is canceled due to typhoons or natural disasters. Otherwise cancelations are subject to a cancelation fee.

  • We can’t travel due to problems with the transportation company, is there a cancelation fee?

    There are no cancelation fees when domestic and international flights or maritime routes are canceled, as well as when Okinawan roads and national route 58 is closed to traffic making it impossible to get to the villas

  • Can we stand by for cancelations?

    Yes we take stand by inquiries, please refer to this site’s accommodation reservations

  • Can we accept friends, babysitters or massage services in the premises

    We are sorry, but only guests can enter the premises

  • Can minors stay in the villas alone

    minors may not stay in the villa alone, they must be accompanied by their guardians

  • Can we reserve a room for a party or filming, without having to stay overnight?

    Yes, we accept Day Use, please check for availability ahead of time

  • Is there car parking?

    Yes, every villa has parking space for 2 cars free of charge

  • Is there breakfast service?

    Yes, option for breakfast is available, please reserve ahead

  • Can we BBQ?

    There are BBQ facilities in the villa, you have the option of ordering ingredients from us, or bringing them on your own

  • Can pets stay in the villas too?

    We are sorry, but no pets allowed in the premises

  • Is smoking allowed?

    Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, are prohibited in the premises

  • Are there room cleaning services for long stays?

    Reservations of 2 nights or more have the option of cleaning service

  • Can we do fireworks?

    Fireworks are prohibited in the premises

  • Is there Wi-Fi?

    Yes, the premises are equipped with Wi-Fi free of charge

  • How is the mobile service signal

    There’s no problem getting signal for AU, SoftBank, and Docomo services

  • What are the amenities and Kitchen utensils

    Every villa has the following: pool, whirlpool, shower, A/C in every room, TV in every room, projector, dryer, lantern, BBQ set
